They haven’t even started fixing my truck yet but the help the shop foreman gave me to get me on my way back north after renting a vehicle and moving the load around some with their forklift I already know my trucks in good hands this is a quality repair shop 2 mins off the interstate. Will update when trucks done. The lady who greeted me at the service desk was nice and very helpful and knowledgeable. So far top notch

Samantha was very helpful. She got me an estimate in a timely manner and was very professional on the phone with any questions I had. Will definitely be back to get my truck serviced.

First off, their rating should be alot higher because I dont care what anyone says, this is a great place of business!!! I had a terrible situation that happened to my truck passing thru North Carolina where it was involved in a accident. I had to make a critical decision on where to get it towed and I couldn't be more grateful to have brought it here to Cains. Samantha stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process and did not miss a beat! Will was very helpful as well and the guys in the shop are very knowledgeable of what their doing. If your ever in need of great people, excellent service, and all around great experience; dont hesitate to bring your truck here to Cains Truck Services and let them take care of you juat as they did for me!!!
